Shipping Damage
Although it is rare sometimes shipments arrive damaged due to poor or abusive handling by carriers. Should this happen to your package PLEASE be certain NOT to return the merchandise yourself. Returns & Warranty:
All of our products are "BRAND NEW" and come with a One Year Warranty from the original date of purchase. All merchandise sold by musicmoose audio is subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. No warranty will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.

Returns
musicmoose audio offers a (7) Seven Day DOA (dead on arrival) return policy. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to get a return authorization and instructions for returning. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized non-defective returns. No Exceptions! All defective items returned are for Exchange Only! All Sales Are Final!
